In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-23 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be able to return your item, it must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, if your request is approved, then your refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Sale or promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
